The Madison Hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was lovely. Room clean and comfortable and I even enjoyed hearing and seeing train from my room. Loved lobby and courtyard. Close to doctors and Morristown Hospital which is why I booked and stayed here. Thank you.

The architecture , food was delicious but very small portions. Too small for the price . They almost looked like appetizers. Luckily an appetizer size fills me up. Breakfast could use some real ham and scrambled eggs.Some People don’t like salami. Just saying. I worked most of my career in hospitality.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The location was wonderful to take a nice walk on the grounds and near the college. The rooms were clean and spacious. The quality of the soap and shampoo Was excellent.

I liked everything about the property! My sole purpose for going to this hotel was so that I could eat at Rod‘s Steakhouse and view the restored Gilded Age Pullman dining cars. It was everything that I expected and more!

We haven't seen service like this in ages! And we loved it! Every employee we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Their text communication was exceptional, friendly, and it made it so simple to get answers or get things done. We highly recommend it!
